What a relief...

Bess and I (Brian) ran a mile for Sport Relief................well at least we ran a bit and walked a bit.

We gathered in Pittville Park in Cheltenham on a glorious Spring morning wearing our David Beckham t-shirts First some warm up exercises and then a quick run around the lake. I haven't even run for a bus in the past couple of years so even a leisurely trot through the park was a bit of a trial. Bess cruised through the event...and raised £150.00 in the process.
