Well how about that. Where in the country are people happiest? Well Powys of course! Who says? Top boffins at Sheffield University say, that's who, so it must be true. It's very nice to know that Mum, Dad and all the rest of the Taylor/Felgate family can feel justifed (and not a little smug) about living with a permanent smile on their faces. It is a wonderful part of the world, not least because its not really on the tourist map and is certainly far from the madding crowd...and long may it continue.But, aren't there more pressing issues that our top academic minds (even those in Yorkshire) should be turning their minds too?
